Our modular houses are built on a strong metal frame made of closed steel profiles measuring 100×50×3 mm and coated with anti-corrosion paint. Walls, ceilings, and roofs are constructed from factory-produced sandwich panels with PIR insulation of 100 mm, 120 mm, or more. This construction ensures strength, energy efficiency, and durability.
What kind of windows and doors are used?
Modular houses are equipped with insulated aluminum-profile windows and doors with triple glazing, ensuring good thermal performance, durability, and a modern appearance.
Are modular houses delivered fully assembled or built on-site?
Modules are fully manufactured in the factory and transported to the client’s plot. In the case of a single module, it is installed as a complete unit without additional assembly.

What type of foundation is required?
The foundation type depends on the building and site conditions. The most common are slab, strip, and pile foundations. We help choose the appropriate solution.
Can installation be done year-round?
Yes, installation is possible even in winter if access and necessary conditions are ensured.
Do you handle installation yourselves?
Yes. Installation is carried out by a professional and experienced team. If desired, the client can also install the module themselves.
Does installation affect the surrounding environment?
Installation is fast and has minimal environmental impact. Since most work is done in the factory, noise and on-site construction activity are minimal.
Do you provide transportation?
Yes. We organize transportation from the factory to the client’s site. The client can also arrange transport independently if desired.
How long does transportation take?
Transport duration depends on location and logistics and usually starts from 2 days. It is always planned together with the installation schedule.
Can house models be customized?
Yes. Layouts, finishes, and technical solutions can be adapted according to the client’s needs.
Is it possible to order a custom project?

What finishing options do you offer?

Sound and thermal insulation meet modern standards. The floor is insulated with 120 mm PIR and covered with OSB and PVC. The roof is also insulated with 120 mm PIR, ensuring year-round comfort.
What is the insulation thickness?
Walls use 100–120 mm PIR insulation. Floor and roof use 120 mm PIR, ensuring high energy efficiency.
Is ventilation included?
Yes. Standard solutions include forced ventilation with vents. Custom solutions are agreed per project.
